What is our Blue Sky thinking…?
At Blue Sky ERP we pride ourselves on being industry people and above all else we are a team of problem solvers. Having been in business since 2017 we are acutely aware of what our previous real-world industry experience brings to the table. Customers appreciate our no non-sense approach and the fact that we are prepared to challenge their thinking and mindset.
We have a proven track record in ERP implementations and across our consulting team we have the expertise that covers every area of the Epicor Kinetic ERP software.
We also have first class abilities in managing customer support issues and finding resolutions. We know from first-hand experience of the difficulties of dealing with support issues as both customer and supplier; and although a last resort, where required we can use our technical know-how to engineer a solution where the customer is often unable to immediately upgrade to the latest version to obtain the fix.
